Engagement Ring Warranty
We offer complimentary lifetime warranty for all Engagement Rings.
- Lifetime resizing within one size up or one size down of the original size purchased (Excludes eternity set engagement rings*)
- Lifetime cleaning, polishing, and rhodium dipping for White Gold rings
- Lifetime side-stone replacement for lost stones on the setting (Excludes any stones larger than .20 carats)
- Lifetime repair for normal wear and tear- I.E.: tightening/rebuilding prongs, re-shaping the band (Excludes: remakes for misshapen bands or damages that are beyond repair and require a remake of the setting)
- Broken or lost center stones are not covered by this warranty
- Lost or stolen pieces are not covered by this warranty
- Please note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone other than Wantfulwish will void the warranty

If you are in need of a repair, please contact us at sales@wantfulwish.com. Clients are responsible for purchasing the shipping label, safely packaging the item, and mailing it to our design studio. We recommend shipping via UPS or FedEx insured shipping with a signature required for delivery. We will cover the return shipping back to you once your repair is complete.
Fine Jewelry Warranty
We offer a complimentary lifetime warranty for all fine jewelry pieces including custom pieces.
- Lifetime resizing within one size up or one size down of the original size purchased (Excludes eternity set rings*)
- Lifetime cleaning, polishing, and rhodium dipping for White Gold pieces
- Lifetime stone replacement (excludes any stones larger than .20 carats)
- Repairs for general wear and tear- clasp repair, chain soldering, re-shaping bands (Excludes: remakes for misshapen pieces or damages that are beyond repair and require a remake or replacement)
- Lost or stolen pieces are not covered by this warranty
- Please note that any work performed on our pieces by anyone other than Wantfulwish will void the warranty
