Return Policy
All of our jewelry are made to order and are carefully inspected prior to shipping. Returns and Exchanges are not accepted unless the item was overseen by our atelier prior to shipment. You will have 24 hours to modify your order once it is placed. Contact us at sales@wantfulwish.com. A refund/repair request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return. Please see a local jewelry professional to correctly measure your ring size and to avoid any order discrepancies. All necklace descriptions list the length of each piece. If you prefer a longer length, we can provide a chain extension for an additional fee.
Shipping
Each piece is created in Los Angeles, California. With this in mind, we keep our on-hand inventory low and custom create each order, which may take up to 3 weeks to ship. Popular styles that are available in stock will ship within 1-3 days. The Following shipment times are as follows:
Priority Mail Express (1-2 Days or Overnight)
Priority Mail (1-3 Days)
Retail Ground (2-8 Days)
We insure all orders based upon the value of each piece. Once your order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order. If you have selected a shipment time and we are unable to fulfill your item in the time selected, we will happily refund your entire order to the original form of payment or apply a 10% discount credit to the original form of payment. Once your package has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. A signature is required with all shipments, so please take in account while filling out the delivery address. Wantful-wish.com is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit or damaged.
We do not offer International shipping at this time.
